The One with the Football Fandom
When Kaitlin contacted me with an interest in a session as a Christmas present, I was instantly excited! Gift giving is one of my favorite things to do which is one of the reasons why I love birthdays and holidays so much. I will use any holiday as a reason to give gifts even including made up holidays such as Friendsgiving and Galentine's Day (Yes, that is a G. No, it is not a typo. If you don't know what that is, you are in desperate need of a Parks and Recreation marathon). So this idea of a photo session gift was particularly appealing to me. Then Kaitlin inquired about a photo idea which excited me even more for the session. Not only would we do normal family photos but also pictures of everyone in their football jerseys. Yes! Football may not always hold my attention for a whole game, but my football fandom still runs deep. Go Steelers! And I guess Go Panthers too.
Due to hectic schedules, we had to schedule the session after Christmas which was fine except that Raleigh's January weather is always unpredictable. Thankfully, we only had to reschedule once and were blessed with wonderful weather for our session. Choosing which pictures to share from this session was so difficult, but nonetheless, here are some of my favorite pictures from my session with all of the football fans.
